I'm sad all of the time and not knowing why makes me even more sad!" And i feel that's very powerful for a kids show, they singlehandedly explained depression perfectly, and the rest of the episode was them taking care of him and making him happy with very little things.
Anyways, i love this very weird little show. maikihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03840193300690909481noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5441989712918579133.post-80249782276893348662018-09-08T07:43:09.063-04:002018-09-08T07:43:09.063-04:00I wouldn't say Janey is like Gooble. The way you described her makes her sound more like Blanky or Fluttershy, as Gooble cries ALL THE TIME while Blanky and Fluttershy cry A LOT. There's a difference!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5441989712918579133.post-28435605471153820402013-01-06T14:39:03.720-05:002013-01-06T14:39:03.720-05:00You are so right on key and I would totally agree ...You are so right on key and I would totally agree with everything you said. your story moved me about your wonderful daughter. you are so lucky to have her even with the differences like you said still all children any color, shape, issues, etc. are special and wonderful no matter what. we are lucky to have them, I on the otherhand have four beautiful children with my x husband and because he is rich and has power in his family he keeps them from me just out of spite. so hug your kids and never let them go. goodluck to you and your family and peace be with you.
-Candace B.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03784413476530381998noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5441989712918579133.post-53943101561281947482012-10-27T19:39:27.221-04:002012-10-27T19:39:27.221-04:00Thanks so much, Amanda! I have no idea why my particular picture of the Gabba gang seems to show up so high in the list of images---there are thousand out there! I was intrigued by the "for the uninitiated" line and clicked over to your blog. Thanks for sharing your story. I enjoyed your summary of the show and reading about your Jane. I love the message of acceptance of all types, and the non-annoying music, and the interesting animation. After days on end of Disney Sing-a-Longs, it's hugely refreshing!Suzannehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08240262747073351481noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5441989712918579133.post-26692357367955960692012-10-06T16:25:34.172-04:002012-10-06T16:25:34.172-04:00My son is starting to get into this show - it'...My son is starting to get into this show - it's really a wonderful, weird little show :) Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00624352593274488426noreply@blogger.com
